Ever wanted to find a quality tradesman, hotel, restaurant or garage and wondered where to start, who was good and who you should avoid?
DirectoryOf exists to provide an on-line repository for reputation feedback on any person or company that supplies products or services to the public.
This allows the consumer to find out what a service provider’s exisiting customers think of them before risking valuable time and money.
DirectoryOf collect, store and display feedback on suppliers - we call this Recommendation Index or RI.
The purpose and spirit of DirectoryOf is to be an honest and transparent champion of both the consumer and quality service providers. It is a place where consumers can inform others of their good or bad experiences of suppliers of goods and services.
To ensure feedback is genuine we require you to register with us when leaving feedback online. Alternatively, the trade member will ask you to complete a feedback postcard.
If the feedback is negative, we will ask to see a copy of an invoice or receipt. The trade member then has 14 days to rectify the complaint before we post the feedback.
DirectoryOf is a FREE to use directory service that makes it easy for you to find a service that is both highly recommended and local:
- DirectoryOf listings are sorted by RI - the best at the top
- DirectoryOf is a public register of the reputation of all service providers
- DirectoryOf saves you time by allowing you to search for suppliers by relevancy and prioritise by RI and distance
- DirectoryOf means you can select a supplier by their quality of service as reported your fellow consumers - and not by how much they pay for an advert.
The only way for a supplier to increase their visibility in a search is by increasing their RI which means that your feedback counts!
